The way in some alien movies, once they've touched you and you're contaminated but think you're fine, but then later your body starts changing, and you're like "What the fuck is happening to me!" I feel this way in yoga sometimes. Slightly more positive metamorphosis though.
Means more having a day of introverted hermitism after actually having had too much socializing.
